INTERNATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGERS – OIL & GAS, an entrepreneurial step to gain expertise

Are you an ambitious, self motivated individual, preferably with experience in the Oil & Gas recruitment industry? In that case we ask you to apply. Entrepreneurship, professionalism and pro-activeness are characteristics sought after. Willingness and abilities to work in a team are essential.

In which areas are you active?

1. Account management:  Organise, manage and expand a personal, active, customer and candidate database. Enhance the market share of the organisation in a region or branch.
2. Recruitment & selection: Coordinate together with colleagues, acquired and to be acquired assignments. In line with a formulated profile and planned objectives, match as effective and efficient as possible.
3. Relation management: Pro-actively establish expectations of and communicate with (potential) customers and candidates. Safeguard customers’ and candidates’ satisfaction and enhance market share.
4. Business development: Analyse the international market and its developments, and translate this to concrete plans and actions. Attract new candidates and develop entrance in to new markets.
5. Administrative processing: Follow up placing of employees, or extension of an assignment. Prepare documents for international fiscal and legal frameworks, and correct invoicing.
6. Area of attention: In charge of your own area of attention: a specific group of customers, a region, or an area of responsibilities. In here, in line with objectives and targets, you carry out the differing activities.

What do you possess?

• Economic, technical, commercial or business education at least a the level of Higher Vocational Education (Bachelor degree +)
• 2- 10 years of relevant work experience
• Preferably knowledge of the oil & gas industry
• Knowledge of the secondment/temporary market
• Excellent oral and written command of the Dutch ánd English languages
• Excellent insight in figures. Execution of complex calculations during negotiations
• Affinity with European and International fiscal and employment legislation, rules and regulation
